DAT, a TransCore company, is seeking a full-time Webmaster to join the Marketing team in Beaverton, Oregon

Job Summary:

The Marketing Webmaster is responsible for assuring the development of high quality and accurate web properties that appeal to customers, prospects, business partners, the media and employees. Specific responsibilities include daily content publishing using our CMS, quality control of forms and lead-generation processes, apply styling and coding to insure that web properties conform to brand guidelines, documentation of various technical processes and quality control checklists to ensure smooth transitioning of projects between marketing and IT, and providing other technical and project management support to the marketing team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, develop and update our various web properties using CSS, HTML and our CMS
  • Style and edit graphical content using the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Applications
  • Manage external blog application including content updates and stylistic changes
  • Manage major web development projects from start to finish and liaise with various technical resources
  • Lead quality control of complex lead generation and other technical processes
  • Document various technical processes and write quality control checklists to ensure smooth transitioning of projects between marketing and IT
  • Collaborate with designers and programmers to ensure a consistent look and feel
  • Handle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Possess excellent organizational and administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Possess core competences in HTML, CSS, scripting languages and online email management
  • Be able to hand code a basic HTML website from scratch
  • Generate and give reports on technical and website documentation at all levels of the company
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Self-starter; able to work in a fast-paced environment; able to take constructive criticism
  • Take ultimate responsibility and ownership for all front-end web presentation and lead processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Understand the details inherent in creating a working website, but also step back and see the processes that drive web marketing holistically
  • Typically requires a minimum of 3 - 5 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience
