High school diploma or equivalent. One year previous experience using multi-line phone system preferred.
Performs receptionist duties, directs phone calls, and performs clerical and record-keeping functions. Contingent position (under 24 hours per week), scheduled every other weekend and every other holiday.
Answer and direct telephone calls; greet and assist visitors, residents, family, and staff; assist with clerical projects.
Ability to work within the Mission Statement of the organization; Serving people as an expression of the love of Christ. Satisfactory State Police criminal history/abuse check and FBI fingerprint database check. OIG Registry clearance. Other applicable background checks required by agency or service contracts. Satisfactory drug test result and negative TB test result. Reliable and ongoing personal transportation.
