Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources
Training on various product build processes.
Loads and unloads assembly or related components into various fixtures
Tacks and finishes weld procedures using mig
Miscellaneous fabrication and repair of fixturing for weld
Grinds, scrapes, and polishes completed work to ensure quality
Heats, forms, and bends various materials associated with metal fabrication
Performs assembly related welding
Completes customer components
Operates a forklift
Performs general housekeeping duties and preventative maintenance
Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Performs other duties as assigned
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic personal computer skills

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles; risk of electrical shock; work with explosives vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed work in high, precarious places; outdoor weather conditions.
The work environment is an outdoor and indoor shop environment with adequate ventilation.
The noise level is loud.
