This position is responsible for retaining assigned clients through excellent customer service and account management. The primary responsibilities associated with this position will be: 1) Coordinate the activities of other departments and resources as it relates to satisfying the needs of assigned client base; 2) To be available to meet face-to-face with assigned clients; 3) To provide a primary support role and work with the client to establish and maintain client satisfaction and 4) Continually monitor and manage the client’s accounts via one-to-one account treatment.
A. *Retain assigned accounts by providing excellent client service and through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers and users within client organization.
B. *Develop warm market referrals from existing clients.
C. *Provide Client Relationship Management (CRM) via face-to-face/one-to-one activity and a schedule of routine communication.
D. *Assume complete accountability for the retention and management of the account from the point of contract acceptance.
E. *Develop and maintain an individual profile on each client detailing specific business needs, growth plans, and ongoing opportunities to engender mindshare and grow the client’s business.
F. *Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate.
G. *Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports as prescribed by management detailing proactive client contact activity.
H. *Provide for and insure communication and effective interaction between all company departments in support of the client.
I. *Ability to travel occasionally within region, to include overnight trips.
Candidates must meet following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and applicable work experience.
Minimum 2 years experience in customer service / account management role, including engaging with C-level executives.
Experience in / knowledge of telecommunications and/or IT field preferred.
