· A successful candidate will be a part of the residential and commercial mortgage trading operations team and will be responsible for supporting the agency commercial mortgage desk for FNMA DUS and GNMA Project Loans

· Responsible for booking new issue and secondary market trades through ETS, executing trade confirms and communicating with clients and outside counsel where applicable

· Responsible for maintaining the group’s master inventory database, tracking the receipt and return of good faith deposits and customer confirms

· Responsible for settling customer trades (DVP/RVP) and promptly resolving any issues

· Responsible for handling various ad-hoc internal and external client requests.

· A successful candidate will be a part of the residential and commercial mortgage trading operations team and will be responsible for coordinating commercial mortgage transactions internally – origination fundings, sales, remittances

· Responsible for analysis and reporting on delinquencies, reserves, intersystem reconciliations

· Responsible for handling various ad-hoc internal and external client requests.

· Assist in the analysis and reporting of various facets of commercial mortgages on monthly and quarterly basis.

· Responsible for monitoring legacy commercial mortgages, REO properties and commercial equity positions

· Ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in Mortgage or Fixed Income industry

· Whole Loans knowledge

· Familiar with FNMA/GNMA

· Understanding of Residential/Commercial Mortgages

· Currently working in a Trade Support Function affiliated with a mortgage business

· Strong working knowledge of MS Excel

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Strong effective communication skills (verbal and written).

· Ability to work to deadlines.

· Must have ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
