                            Perform comprehensive analysis of loan documents and servicing agreements. ¨

                            Maintain and enhance controls for tracking mortgage loan level cash flows, bank reconciliations, and cash applications. Assist on enhancing policies, procedures, and reporting as it relates to mortgage loan level management. ¨

                            Assist in the negotiation, implementation, and maintenance of mortgage servicing agreements. ¨

                            Track positions according to terms of agreements. ¨

                            Assist in funding of whole loan packages and review settlement details vs purchase and sale agreements and data files. ¨

                            Ensure that positions are correctly established on the firm’s books and records. ¨

                            Ability to manage large amounts of data from 3rd parties and to effectively use data management tools. ¨

                            Knowledge of automated mortgage servicing systems and export files / software applications is a plus. ¨

                            Support 4 to 5 residential mortgage warehouse clients ¨

                            Responsible for most client interaction and transactions – funding, sales, remittance, and gestation process ¨

                            Coordinate warehouse transactions internally with the Trading Desk and Credit Department ¨

                            Involved in the system enhancement process ¨ ¨

                            Bachelors Degree required ¨

                            The ideal candidate will have 0 – 5 years experience in a similar field with a demonstrated track record of success in managing and implementing processes and procedures as related to the mortgage servicing industry. ¨

                            Strong Excel Skills required ¨

                            Database Skills or Programming knowledge preferred ¨

                            Experience working with large volumes of data ¨

                            Ability to rationalize and interpret data ¨

                            A working knowledge of various mortgage types (fixed, arm, HELOC, pay-option arms, 2nd liens) is required. ¨

                            This is a highly visible role, and candidate will be expected to interact with both high profile internal and external client base. ¨

                            Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills required ¨
