To direct the day to day and long term activities regarding the operation, maintenance, and financial performance of Wind Farm and BOP. Maintains regulatory compliance with all State, Federal and local regulations. Directs responsibility for developing and managing O&M and capital budgets. Responsible for developing, establishing and managing policies, practices, procedures, safety programs and safe work practices. Responsible for public relations and community interaction.

•Manages and Maintains regulatory compliance with all Federal, Sate and local regulations and associated permits
•Directs the responsibility for developing and managing O&M and capital budgets
•Monitors plant performance, takes action to resolve abnormal conditions, manages and directs policies and practices for continuous improvement
•Responsible for public relations, community interaction, and local political issues that affect the business environment
•Monitor plant operations and personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations
•Manage all aspects of plant operation and maintenance, directly and through subordinates. Provide leadership, direction, and performance management of all plant personnel
•Ensure affective implementation and management of operating procedures and maintenance programs to achieve optimum availability and reliability performance
•Direct and manage safety procedures and programs to achieve optimum safety performance
•Ensure plants compliance with company policies and procedures
•Review and manage all contracts pertaining to or affecting the plants business
•Manage various reporting activities to corporate
•Review, coordinate and manage corporate initiatives to the plant personnel

External Qualifications:

This position requires a B.S. degree or a minimum of 5 years of power plant operations and maintenance experience and experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

•Ability to effectively lead, direct, and manage people working in supervisory, administrative, clerical, technical, and craft roles.
•Knowledge of and experience with the operation and maintenance of solar generating facilities, and other balance-of-plant systems and equipment.
•Knowledge of financial and economic principles relating to power plant operation and maintenance.
•Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
•Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
•Knowledge of effective management practices and principles.
•Ability to make effective decisions impacting plant systems and personnel.
•Ability to work as a team member and foster a cooperative work environment.

•Direct impact on Revenue, Budget performance and Business stability.
•Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to corporate required
•Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to agencies required
•Responsible for all issues regarding the Plant
•Assist and support other solar development activities as required
