Job Title : Infrastructure Architect

Job Responsibilities:
SCCM 2012 Architecture and Administration
Architect, Test and Implement SCCM configurations
Management of dual environments Production and QA
Create and manage application software package deployments
Proactive Monitoring & Troubleshooting system health
Microsoft Operating System Patching
Creation of Operating System Deployment (OSD) Task Sequences
Reporting & Software License Reconsolidation
Client troubleshooting
Architecture and Procedural Documentation
Develop Architecture and System Implementation for Business Projects and IT initiatives.
Provide technical guidance to executive leadership
Develop and define document procedural standards for enterprise systems
Develop enterprise technical strategies and execution of plans
Interact with Business Partners to develop business partner relationship and provide technical solutions for service requests
Continuous improvement maintaining a knowledge of emerging technology trends and responsible for recommending solutions to improve IT operations
Provide Tier 3 Support for Workstation Support and Service Desk
Lead project management for large-scale project deployments leveraging and assisting the Workstation group on an as-needed basis to complete projects and meet required deadlines.
Job requirements:
10+ years of experience in infrastructure design
10+ years of experience in a technical role, providing desktop and software support.
Experience with SCCM/SMS Administration
Experience with Microsoft Server Operating Systems
Experience working with Active Directory and Group Policies
Experience with Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems and Office migrations
Experience working with DNS, WINS, DHCP servers
Experience working with VMware vSphere/vCenter
Experience working with VDI clients
Experience with BATCH scripting. VBScript and PowerShell a plus.
Knowledge of networking principles, practice and technologies (TCP/IP protocol suite)
Familiar with storage infrastructure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in and contribute in a team environment
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and develop resolutions to complex problems
Self-motivated with the ability to follow directions, complete time-sensitive tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high stress environment
Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to document processes and procedures
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
