Responsible for completing and posting incoming and outgoing domestic and international wire transfers using Jack Henry Funds Transfer System and FRB FedLine Advantage Software; Handles daily review of new Wire Transfer Agreements and scanning, indexing and filing into Jack Henry Synergy Capture system; Provides telephone customer service to account holders and employees with wire transfer requests, wire transfer investigations and general inquiries; Participates in job specific training and other various bank training programs; Complies with all Lone Star National Bank policies and procedures and Federal and State regulations; other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

A self-starting individual who possesses a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field. Previous experience may be substituted for the degree required. Must be blingual in both English and Spanish. Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Accurate typing skills of 40-50 wpm and the ability to comprehend and utilize analytical data are necessary. A hard working team player with good organizational and interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills is required. Attention to detail and mental concentration are necessary for accurately performing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions. Position can cause visual strain and requires sitting at the computer for prolonged periods of time. Must have experience in processing wire transfer requests. Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm; Occasional Saturdays

Preferred Job / Skill Level:

Two years banking experience; Knowledge of Jack Henry Silverlake System a plus.
