Perform a variety of clerical, customer service, and administrative duties to support the Woodland RDC Transportation Department.
-Processes inbound paperwork for Vendors and Drivers.
-Collects information and inputs Data into Inbound Computer System and various Excel Spreadsheets.
-Audits Pick-Up registers for accuracy.
-Files and Sorts Department documents
-Assists in answering multi-line phone calls from Drivers, Members and Vendors.
-Acts as a back-up when necessary for other office personnel.
-Other duties as assigned.
-6 months to 1 year minimum administrative or clerical experience
-Must have excellent PC Skills: Word and Excel.
-Self starter and able to work with minimal assistance
-Good communication and phone skills
-Organized and Attention to Detail
-Must be able to flex hours occassionally to provide back up assistance for other office personnel.
-Must be capable of working over time when required.
