I'm looking for a person who can convert Photoshop PSD layouts to functional Wordpress themes. The final theme needs to be coded to modern standards (no tables, valid HTML/CSS).
Ideally this candidate has 2-4 years of experience with WordPress. Most designs are simple in nature, but a few will be moderately complex.
