Candidate Profile

Proven relationship manager with experience growing and developing strong, trusted-adviser relationship with customers

Confident and thoughtful personality with the ability to adapt styles to multiple types of clients

Superior time management and prioritization skills with the proven ability to multi-task with the management of 2 to 4 client relationships at any given time

Technical acumen to support teams and to advise clients in a technical environment

Driven by customer success with a team player attitude

Strong knowledge and understanding of the SaaS eco-system

Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain long term, trusted relationships with our clients

Escalate relationships within client to C-level executives

Broaden relationships within client to include multiple business and technology areas

Establish and drive project and customer based Steering Committees

Ensure long term client satisfaction and referencability

Project scoping and estimating

Craft creative solutions to client business and technology problem

Work side by side with the sales team to develop level of effort estimate for client projects

Oversight and guidance of day to day project delivery teams

Work with Services Operations team to determine optimal project staffing

With the Project Manager, develop high level project plans and milestones

Ensure project team utilizes best practices and methodologies

Maintain overall responsibility for scope and budget of projects, including the development and processing of change orders

Coordinate with Delivery Managers, providing feedback on project team


Ensuring projects within client portfolio achieve targeted profitability

Accurately forecast revenues for assigned client group

Manage individual and group utilization targets


BA/BS or equivalent; MBA is a plus

6-10 years experience working for a solutions consulting organization in a project or program leadership role

4+ years managing C-level client relationships

Proven track record of successful solutions-oriented services program management; proven in multi-million dollar, multi-year programs

Candidates with prior experience in Workday, HCM, or SaaS are highly desirable

Located in the US and ability to travel up to 60%
