Consultant We have 3 openings with Workday implementation. Minimum 3 workday implementation experience is required (a) Work day HCM consultant with Time (b) Workday Compensation Benefits (c) Workday Payroll Work day HCM Compensation Benefits 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and deploying Business Process updates, Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) templates, and Security assignment models. Design, Implement, Test, Deploy, and Maintain Workday Integrations Maintain and Manage BP, Security, Integration Administration Partner and Coordinate with Shutterfly HRIS Team to troubleshoot and provide end user support Lead, manage, and support key technical initiatives to deploy additional Workday functionality on the team roadmap Deep understanding of the Workday integration system architecture Functional knowledge of Workday Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Workday Payroll, Labor Tracking and Compensation modules is a plus Ability to create, deploy, and maintain Workday custom reports and dashboards is a must Hands on experience of Workday Studio Integration tools is a plus Technical knowledge of REST, Web Services, XML and XSLT Developssupports interfaces and data feeds to other HRIS systems and healthcare vendors Thoroughly documents system changes and processes Working knowledge of one of the scripting languages (PerlPythonPhpUnix Shell) and ANSISQL is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and comfortable providing end user support and functional trainings Completed Workday education or certification Work day HCM consultant with Time Workday Cross-Functional Consultant responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s Time Tracking and Absence Management solutions.

Learn and understand clients’ business requirements and work with the Lead Functional Architect to design, build, configure and test the Workday solution. The Cross Functional Consultant will be responsible for engaging in both areas of Time Tracking and Absence Management. Responsible for actively participating in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through testing and deployment. Becomes an expert in the Workday product suite, specializing and deepening skill set within a the Time Tracking and Absence Management functional areas Manage the HR owned Workday related configuration and processes to support Finances Payroll team in the areas of Workday Time Tracking and Time Off functionality.
