Position Summary and Responsibilities:
Our client, a property and casualty insurance company is looking for a Workers' Comp Premium Audit Manager for their Workers' Compensation Division.

Main Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Manages and leads the Workers' Comp premium Audit Department team
Develops and executes new procedures and processes
Makes hiring decisions, trains, mentors, develops and analyzes performance of premium audit staff
Reviews completed premium audits as necessary
Ensures compliance with state test audit requests

Required Qualifications:
To perform this position successfully, the candidate will posses the following requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a WC premium auditor
Minimum Bachelor's Degree preferred, however, above experience of 3-5 years acceptable
Thorough understanding of workers' compensation coverage
Previous management experience with leading teams
Advanced skills and knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel
Strong written, oral communication and analytical skills
Degree or equivalent experience
