The Workflow Developer will create and modify SharePoint forms and workflows (including InfoPath where appropriate) and K2 Blackpearl workflows in order to automate and streamline various business processes. Work with customers to identify business requirements and for testing and documenting deliverables. This position is based in Sacramento, CA

Responsibilities:
  • Create and modify SharePoint forms and workflows (including InfoPath where appropriate) and K2 Blackpearl workflows in order to automate and streamline various business processes
  • Work with customers to identify business requirements and for testing and documenting deliverables
  • Include digital signatures capability within forms, where appropriate
  • Obtain approval on form development concept prior to commencement to work and acceptance of forms once completed
  • Develop forms of varying degrees of complexity, characterized as minor (8 hours to complete), moderate (16-40 hours to complete) and major (120-360 to complete)
  • Identify, analyze and document long-range requirements
  • Identify, analyze, and recommend actions to resolve problems

Qualifications:
  • Requires a minimum of 3 years related experience
  • Experience with, knowledge of, and capable of developing process driven applications and workflows
  • General knowledge of the logical and physical functional, operational, and technical architecture of information systems
  • Must have CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft Certified Server Administrator certifications
  • Ability to work and think independently with minimal supervision
  • Stellar communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to obtain a government security clearance
  • Ability to speak, write and read English
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree. Qualifying technical training and/or experience may be substituted for education using relationship of 1-year training and/or experience per year of education.
