Performs work on, assigns work and supervises employees relative to mechanical, ventilation, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems, boilers, building automation system, controls and utility plumbing systems.
1.Education and Training
Completion of apprenticeship training.
3. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications
- Five years HVAC experience.
- Supervision experience preferred.
The ability to handles backup on-call responsibility for third shift.
4. Physical Requirements
a. Requires full range of body motion which may include manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination
b. Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time
c. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range
d. May require exposure to communicable disease, body fluids, toxic substa ces, ionizing radiation, and other potentially hazardous conditions common to a clinical environment, such as risk of falls, strains, etc.
