The Xerox Junior Account Manager is a full-time position who expands and retains customer base through account visits, competitive system identification, application selling, account qualification, and equipment demonstrations and training, while assisting the sales force to help maximize productivity.

Major Responsibilities

• Qualifies accounts for document applications

• Provides feedback to sales representative.

• Performs quarterly reviews for accounts

• Perfomrs meter reads for accounts

• Schedules/plans aggressive timetable for remedy.

• Documents actions taken; serves a liaison between customer, sales and service.

• Plans and time-activates follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

• Generates sales leads

• Increases output volume in existing accounts

Basic Requirements:
• Proficiency using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook)

• Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation skills)

• Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement

• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels

Desired Qualifications:
• BS/BA/AA degree in business or other related field

• Previous customer service experience
