This experienced sales professional, with a proven track record in either luxury products or the marine industry will market and sell Moorings and Sunsail owned used yachts and Brokerage Yachts coming out of the Moorings and Sunsail fleets. By utilizing the database and following up with prospects you will convert these leads into sales. You will be responsible for maintaining records of all transactions in accordance with the companys policy and procedures including the assurance that all transactions are approved by the VP and/or Sales Managers. Your assistance in managing the database in cooperation with the IT team will also be required. You will be asked to procure your certification as a Certified Professional Yacht Broker upon hire.
Base salary (negotiable) plus commission

In-depth knowledge of sailboats and a passion for boating required!

Confident when presenting to clients face to face, over the phone or on email
PC literate with advanced use of Microsoft Office (knowledge of Goldmine database would also be an advantage).
Good interpersonal skills and ability to confidently negotiate and communicate effectively at all levels.
