Touchstorm has multiple and immediate openings for YouTube Audience Development Associates of all levels based in our New York City office. We’ll also consider experienced candidates based in Dallas-Ft. Worth, and Richmond, VA.

Must Haves (All Candidates):
A BA/BS or greater.
A legal right to work in the United States (company-sponsored visas will not be offered).
A basic working knowledge of YouTube (channels, users, subscribers, comments, likes, shares, etc.). FOR MORE EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES: a demonstrated level of dedicated/deep knowledge of YouTube.
A strong desire to learn and grow each day. FOR MORE EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES: an ability and desire to share what you know (mentor others) while still being open to learning and growing.
A demonstrable ability to prioritize and handle numerous details, overlapping resource commitments, and conflicting deadlines.
At least one full year of experience at an agency or media company.
A proficiency in standard Microsoft Office software applications and various web browsers.
Nice to Haves (Entry Level Candidates) /Must Haves (Experienced Candidates) :
Experience with or exposure to uploading videos plus creating descriptive and enticing metadata and thumbnails.
Experience with or exposure to web analytics/reporting (Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Omniture, etc.).
Experience with or exposure to search engine optimization (SEO) and/or Google AdWords.
Experience working with brands.
Experience working in developing an audience for a social media network
Experience working with remote colleagues over various time zones.
Personality Traits of a Successful Touchstorm’er (All Candidates)
A strong work ethic (nothing less will suffice!), with high standards and a keen eye for detail.
Solid communication and collaboration skills.
Natural problem-solving skills (hint: be prepared with examples…).
A generous and happy disposition with a “never say die” attitude.
An appropriate but palpable ambition and hunger to succeed combined with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Great at taking direction and following through, but comfortable and confident in figuring out the next step when no direction provided; able to take ownership of assignments, to work independently and within groups, sometimes leading, sometimes as a team player.
