As a Youth Brand Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing new youth program brands and initiatives that deliver fun, memorable vacations at a great value to kids and families. This is a newly created position that will be cross-functional and dynamic. To succeed in this position, you must be fun, creative, energetic, playful, organized and proactive at your core, but also polished, poised and professional in front of senior executives.

We are hiring 3 Youth Brand Managers who will report to a Director. Each Youth Brand Manager will focus on a different age cohort:
- Youth Brand Manager, Little Kids – ages 2-5
- Youth Brand Manager, Big Kids – ages 6-11
- Youth Brand Manager, Tweens & Teens – ages 12-17

Responsibilities Include:
• Co-develop (with Director) insight-backed brand strategy and positioning
• Develop 3 year pipeline of new product offerings
• Manage product development from concept to prototype to launch, securing input, buy-in and approvals from key stakeholders along the way
• Be the voice of the guest (both kids and parents) and protector of the brand
- Develop brand marketing briefs that communicate
brand positioning, features and benefits to both internal
(shoreside and shipboard) and external (guests) audiences
- Manage the execution of onboard marketing materials, liaise with
cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of message
across web, direct mail, TV, print, etc.
- Develop auditing tools and procedures to ensure that ships
consistently deliver the experience as designed
• Manage 3rd party partnership relationships from initial contracts to product and licensing approvals to execution
• Provide direction and guidance to design and architectural partners
• Identify areas of research, lead or guide research and perform appropriate qualitative and quantitative analyses
• Serve as important conduit for information flow between ships and shoreside management to ensure that product is continuously improved
• Conduct ongoing competitive analyses, benchmarking and trend tracking
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects at any one time
• Manage demanding timelines and implementation schedules
• Create compelling, polished presentation materials
• Track expenses against assigned budgets, prepare financial analyses to support decision-making

• Highly creative with ability and passion for thinking out-of-the-box, yet keen business understanding of which breakthrough ideas can and cannot become reality
• Outstanding multi-tasking, teamwork capabilities and organizational skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong, proven analytical and problem solving skills
• Minimum of 3-5 years of brand management, marketing, strategy or consulting experience
• Toy experience, licensing experience, retail experience, entertainment experience or other youth-related experience a plus
• Innovation work highly valued
