NFIs Middleton program located in Middleton, MA serves twenty committed youth referred by the Department of Youth Services. Middleton offers residents a full range of in-house clinical, educational, counseling and case management services. Our programs are supported by a highly committed, interdisciplinary staff comprised of clinicians, case managers, counselors, nurses, teachers and medical and/or psychiatric consultants who utilize a highly collaborative team approach to treatment. Responsibilities include coordinating the shift, providing training and supervision to program staff, and overseeing operation of the unit in the absence of other administrators.
Qualification/Education/Experience/Personal Characteristics: 1. Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 2. Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university and/or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with the program population is preferred. 3. High energy level, superior interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team atmosphere. 4. Good communication skills. 5. Must hold a valid drivers license. 6. Must possess excellent vision and hearing, and the ability to read and speak English.
