We are currently seeking a Youth Instructor to work in our Peoria, IL office.
We are looking for a dependable, enthusiastic instructor to teach health and safety classes for the Red Cross Youth Education Program. Interested individuals must be dynamic presenters with exceptional organizational skills. Health or youth education background is helpful. The majority of courses are offered during the week and during the day with very few offered in the evening and weekend. This full time position will also schedule and support part time instructors and do outreach in the community for program growth.
Position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, flexible hours with occasional evenings and weekends, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift at least 40 lbs. College degree or equivalent experience required.
