At length: While we are super proud of the Zappos brand, and have created a new team at Zappos - ZapposU - to help share our culture and business model with the world… our name alone doesn't always sell itself. That's where you come in. You will own the planning and execution of ZapposU marketing and sales initiatives from concept to completion. ZapposU product offerings include Q&A sessions, 3 day Boot Camps, Custom Events, Speaking Engagement, Professional Development Classes, and our Membership site to name a few. Check out zapposinsights.com. This is a hands on position that will require you to be proactive and maintain a high-level of productivity while managing numerous projects. You need to be motivated with the drive to deliver success without delegating your responsibilities to others. It's a high-caliber, fast–paced, fun and a little weird environment!
Responsibilities & Qualifications

Assume responsibility for calculating bids and developing optimization strategy for SEM lead generation.
Analyze/execute strategy for both on-page content and off-page link building.
Oversee social ecoverse including owned/earned/paid media types
Drive CRM strategy including lifecycle customer marketing plan
Develop affiliate program across CPC and CPL cost structures
Experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Adwords, ranking tools, etc.
B2B marketing experience: Identify opportunities that result in market share growth, retention, new revenue growth and conversion growth
Communications: Communicate opportunities, challenges and market trends affecting assigned accounts state of business
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with a focus in Sales, Marketing, Training, Organizational Design
Extensive knowledge of outside sales processes, proven ability to develop effective sales plan to grow business.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a fast paced environment.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Requires excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
