Job Purpose/Responsibilities

Account Support and Project Management:

  • Provide customer care, account support, and new project site implementation.
  • Develop long term relationships with existing accounts in an effort to best serve and retain the account while continuing to grow their business
  • Promote the products and services of CST-LTL
  • Taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, and occasional travel to accounts when necessary
  • Identify and troubleshoot operational or other issues faced by those accounts and act as the internal liaison among department heads to facilitate their resolution
  • Be the solution provider for your assigned account base
  • Manage all renewal and amendment (post initial sale contracting) processes within your assigned channel of focus
  • Be introduced in the late stages of the sales process as the installation project manager and support thereafter
  • Making sure we refine and stick to a good implementation and program management process
  • Be pleasantly persistent in order to stick to a timeline to install

Multi Tenant Sales:

  • Generate new Multi-Tenant (MT) channel growth

Hunt for new business opportunities within the Multi Tenant Channel

  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and agreements to obtain new contracts
  • Making high volume and quality outbound prospecting calls
  • Be specialized in Multi Tenant Sales
  • Achieve Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) goals for new MT sales in your assigned territory
  • Manage a pipeline and database for sales prospects and strategic planning
  • High volume of prospect calls
  • Contribute innovative marketing approaches/partnerships
  • Help prospects along the sales process to get to a decision
  • Be responsible for managing and achieving new Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) goals and quotas for the Multi Tenant Channel.
  • Provide support, updates, and help identify trends as needed to applicable supervisors
  • Manage a prospect pipeline and database for sales calling proficiency and strategic planning.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong, highly motivated, independent work ethic and accountability
  • Must be proficient at multi-tasking
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Displays exceptional professionalism
  • Extremely resourceful and enthusiastic
  • Displays a high degree of honesty, loyalty and integrity

Compensation

  • Base Salary $35K-40K plus uncapped Quarterly Commissions
