Position Description
The successful person will thrive in a fast paced environment and provide overall assistance and support to the Tele-Data Solutions sales department. This person will enable the sales team to increase productivity by assuming responsibility for all sales and marketing administrative and support tasks. Responsible for proposal and quote preparation/deliverables, handling sales inquiries from customers, sales activity reporting, , sales leads distribution, and general administrative duties. Act as liaison to management, operations and sales departments to assure overall satisfaction.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare product pricing quotations for prospects and clients and review with sales team
  • Training about new Tele Cloud voice over IP phone systems and IT services provided
  • Prepare telecom carrier bill analysis and prepare contracts for customers and prospects
  • Assist with scheduling of sales appointments for meetings and demos at client location
  • Assist in the overall sales process at various stages, as necessary
  • Review sales contracts and prepare orders to assure all paperwork is complete and correctly submitted (i.e. configuration sheet, carrier’s bills, financial and leasing info, etc.)
  • Assist with marketing efforts with social media, tradeshows, website updates, email/mail campaigns, etc.
  • Compose, proof, and distribute correspondence to prospects and clients
  • Organize, distribute, track, follow up, and update sales leads in CRM system
  • Make travel arrangements for management, sales, and operations
  • Run and prepare reports on sales and prospecting activities
  • Interface with clients and prospects via phone and email
  • Compose, proof, and distribute correspondence to prospects and clients

Requirements
2 to 4 years work experience with administrative responsibilities required. Working with a sales department a plus
Associates or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Detail oriented and comfortable in a technical, fast paced small to mid-market company
Ability to quickly learn business level technical products and pricing knowledge as offered
Computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM
Demonstrated excellent prioritization and critical time management skills with a sense of urgency
Proactive, innovative, and able to work both independently and in a team environment
