Base salary of $125K plus commissions, bonus and benefits for the right ALM software sales professional. Top earners make $350K.

Ideal sales person has these characteristics:

1. A proven sales track record selling high end ALM software platforms to large financial, insurance, pharmaceutical, consumer, government, manufacturing or high tech companies.

2. Has strong consultative sales skills background who can manage client technical evaluation teams, client executives as well as internal applications and executive management support.

3. Has a strong background in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Software Development for large scale Enterprise Class Environments with a strong understanding of CI Continuous Integration Automation for Build, Release with tools such as Rational, Subversion, GIT, Gerrit, Jenkins, OpenSource tools and platforms and Agile software development practices.

Our client is a well establish firm with revenues of $50+ million who want scale to $250 million and have proven software products and services in place to attain $500 million annually with the right sales team.

Our client already has large customer installations at Fortune 1000 companies who pay annual subscription based fees that count towards yearly sales quota.

Typical yearly quota are $2.5 - $5 million depending on territories and installed base.

Three (3) Sr. ALM Software Sales Account Executives needed immediately in the following USA sales territories.

1. New York City Region: This sales person must and a "sales hunter" to open up new accounts and ideally have large financial institution background to support and expand installed base in NYC.

2. San Francisco & Northern California Region: This sales person must be a "sales hunter" and have sales experience at large financial, insurance, pharmaceutical, consumer, government, manufacturing or high tech companies. Ideal person would be located in and around San Francisco area.

3. Chicago & North Central Region: This sales person must be a "sales hunter" and have sales experience at large financial, insurance, pharmaceutical, consumer, government, manufacturing or high tech companies. Ideal person would be located in and around Chicago area.
