Valvoline Instant Oil Change is seeking a motivated individual to fill the position of Assistant Manager and Customer Service Technician in our Bemidji, MN location. The person should have a strong drive for Customer Service as well as having a passion for cars. This person will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in daily operational functions such as Floor Operations, Inventory Control, Employee Management and all other duties pertaining to Profit Management. Valvoline Instant Oil Change is a business that operates on a 7 day schedule the Assistant Manager will be responsible for working many shifts opposite of Store Manager. The Position of Assistant Manager is considered Full Time 38-40 hours weekly, occasionally earning over time.
Candidates interested should have experience in professional fields relating to Customer Service/Sales and or Mechanical/Sales history. Experience in Supervision is a MUST. High School diploma or equivalent is required. NO college degree is required but education pertaining to job duties would be useful. All candidates are subject to completing pre-screening and position assessment.
