The Business Development & Recruitment Liaison participates as part of the Access, Business Development & Recruitment team, assisting with the development and implementation of Physician Practice & Referral Development marketing initiatives. The Business Development & Recruitment Liaison (BDR) promotes and educates the community on MedStar National Rehabilitation Network's Physicans and Therapy services, hospital(s), outpatient centers and satellite offices.
The BDR also assists with the development and implementation of network recruitment initiatives. Responsibilities include promoting and educating future team members about the benefits of the network, including its hospital(s), outpatient centers and satellite offices. Generates new candidate pipelines for the network and maintains existing candidate relationships through customer education and relationship development. Under the direction of the Business Development Coordinators, meets with prospective new team members, Clinic Directors as well as current and potential customers throughout geographical network.
Required: BA/BS Degree
Required: Valid Driver's License
Required: Reliable Transportation
Preferred: 2 - 4 years Marketing Experience
