The CFO is responsible for strategic forecasting and financial planning, accounting, financial and cash management, budgeting, cost and financial reporting and the agency audit process, for multiple programs and revenue streams for a budget of approximately 20M. The CFO ensures the integrity of financial statements for all Meeting Street related entities (presently Meeting Street, MSC Realty, Inc., 60 King Street, Inc. and About Families, LLC). They also oversee all billing and collections functions and are responsible for the management of agency information and financial systems. This position reports directly to the President/CEO and serves as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. The CFO provides staff support to the Fiscal and Audit committees of the Board of Trustees, is the primary contact for all financial institutions and funding relations and, with the CEO, is responsible for contract analysis and negotiation.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance. C.P.A. /M.B.A. or both preferred. 7-10 years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in a not-for-profit environment. At least 3 years as a CFO with an organization of at least 10 million in revenue. Experience w/budgeting, billing and accounting software and directing financial systems implementations required. Experience with third party billing preferred.
