PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Serve as the senior manager who directs the day to day operations in accordance with policies established by the Board of Directors and the President/CEO; Establish controls, monitor organizational performance and take necessary action.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and CREDENTIALS:
Degree Program
Education: Bachelor's Degree, Master’s preferred
Experience: General (Non-supervisory)
Amount: 5 year(s)
Type of experience: Performing senior level administrative work related to hospital administration

OR

Supervisory Program:
Education: Hospital Administration or related field
Experience: Supervisory
Amount: 8 (years)
Type of experience: Supervising, managing, or directing the work of other employees with at least 5 years in hospital or healthcare related role
