The PBM Clinical Pharmacist - Government Programs is responsible for the coordination and management of all client specific Medicare Part D formulary, benefit and clinical program decisions. Responsibilities include consultation and recommendations to ClearScript clients regarding Medicare Part D drug formulary(s), UM programs and other drug therapy products and services offered by ClearScript.
The Government Program Manager supports client knowledge and understanding of current and on-going CMS regulatory requirements related to Medicare Part D. This position is also responsible for coordination and management of all client specific state Medical Assistance and Healthcare Exchange formulary, benefit and clinical programs.

B.S. Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D from an accredited school of pharmacy. Current MN Pharmacy license.
Minimum of 2 + years of PBM experience specific to Medicare Part D
Five to ten years of pharmacy experience, with 3-5 years of managed care experience.
2-5 years of PBM clinical experience in formulary operations, clinical program management and benefit design.
Experience analyzing complex sales situations and developing creative and successful solutions.
Advanced consultative skills with proven track record of successfully constructing solutions for a multifaceted, broad range of complex issues.
Willingness to travel 10-20%.
Proven track record of clinical program development success at the executive level.
Demonstrated successful and resolution-focused interaction with Sales, Account Management, Product Management and Finance teams.
