We are currently seeking applications for our Clinical Supervisor position. Our ideal candidate would have: Registered Nurse Bachelors Degree or Masters Level Nursing degree; 3 or more years of management experience involving the supervision of a Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation or Acute Care Facility; working knowledge of the skilled nursing survey process.
Some of the duties involved with this position include: performing new admission assessments and management of the admission process; oversight of quality assurance activities as directed by the Chief Clinical Officer, on call rotation for staffing, regular communication with Resort Medical Directors, Chief Clinical Officer and CEO; conducting routine rounds; assist the Chief Clinical Officer with management of State and Federal inspections; serve as an educational resource for staff, guests and their families; among other responsibilities.
The Clinical Supervisor assists the Chief Clinical Officer in providing, planning, coordinating and managing nursing care, nursing services and health education for the guests of the resort. In the absence of the Chief Clinical Officer the duties and responsibilities of the CCO may be delegated to this position.
