This is a full time contract position to step in during a team member's leave of absence. Candidates should be comfortable stepping into a Team lead role for marketing operations, programming and event planning for a small membership Center/Association.
Role is responsible for ensuring one gala event, two conferences and a webinar are planned and executed to the standards of the Center,supporting relationships with members, marketing the capabilities of the Center to potential members, and keeping current members informed.
-Execute the planning for all Center programs and events from July 2014 - January 2015, including scheduling, marketing, performance to budget (including: conferences, member events, prospect events, a juried awards gala, two small institutes and a webinar).
-Manage programs and budgets.
-Work with Executive Director to market the 2015 curriculum.
-Manage and implement marketing campaigns to potential new members and manage flow of information to current members.
--Manage program marketing and material development for Center Institutes.
