We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented person who will be able to handling presales and post sales customer services needs. This person must have excellent communication skills both oral and written, must have good problem solving skills and be able to come up with solutions to satisfy a customer's complaint while looking out for the company's best interest. Due to the high volume of customer service issues, this person must be able to work under pressure.

Determine the best solution for the cases and resolve cases in a timely manner.
Generate weekly and monthly customer service case report to identify common problems
Generate weekly parts reorder report and send to manufacture oversea
Determine if a case qualifies for return
Research for the method with the lowest shipping cost
Book return shipping label and send to the other party
Track return shipment
Record return shipment arrives to warehouse
Determine condition of the returned item and determine for restock, closeout, use for parts
Provide accounting department with accurate information
Assist accounting department in disputing wrongly cost deduction from dealers
File Damage Claim Shipping Carrier
Record all shipping damage cases into Master Claim List
Determine cases eligible for damage claims
Initiate claim with carrier and record claim number
Gather documents- Photos, POD, manufacture invoice, sales invoice and submit to carrier
Follow up with OSND department from carrier until claim is approved
