DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include identify qualifying leads for existing customers, sales of deposit and loan products including checking accounts, consumer loans, IRA’s and money market accounts. Authorized to waive bank charges when appropriate. Responsible for pulling daily reports for review and discussion with Supervisor. Recognize and refer cross-sell opportunities and support other sales associates as needed, back-up for Financial Specialists. Make recommendations for improving existing policies and procedures and implement new policies. Ensure that existing financial institution policies and procedures are executed properly. Handle routine customer account maintenance. Maintains and reports any branch facility deficiency. Promotes quality customer service beyond expectations. Open accounts and assists with new loan production. Represents First Federal at community events and functions.
Extensive background in financial institution operating policies and procedures, banking regulations (state and federal), employee development and public relations. Excellent sales and communication skills. Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail. Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.
