Course Hero (www.coursehero.com) the largest online learning platform, provides a suite of online study resources that help students learn more effectively, is looking for a friendly, experienced customer service representatives with a great sense of humor and a problem-solving mindset to work Monday thru Friday.
What you'll do:
- Support customers over phone, email and various other communication channels.
- Answer general questions about the Course Hero platform including our site functionality and policies.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys.
- A variety of other tasks that will help us deliver the best support in the education industry!
- Ensure highest quality service experience to our customers instilling a positive member experience with each interaction.
- Work with other departments to resolve customer issues.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer facing role, or a proven understanding of how to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Friendly, upbeat personality and demonstrated experience owning a customer issue and following it all the way until the customer is happy.
- Clear communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
- Self-starter and goal-oriented.
- Must be computer proficient and able to multi-task on a regular basis.
