Design Project/Custom Labor Coordinator - Full Time

Calico Corners, Florida's premier decorative fabric leader, is seeking a Design Project Coordinator who is organized, motivated and committed to excellent customer service for our custom labor program.
Our Design Project Coordinators work with our Design Consultants and third party workrooms to coordinate customers’ home furnishings specialty orders. We seek detail-oriented individuals to be responsible for our custom labor program and administrative desk. Specifically, this position is responsible for facilitating the smooth flow of all custom product orders by reviewing all finished work orders for completeness and accuracy. In addition to processing orders, this position is also responsible for scheduling installation appointments, processing AR payments and preparing labor bills for payment.
Qualified individuals will have:
~ Ability to calculate yardage and pricing
~ Able to work with a strong sense of urgency
~ Fabric knowledge and custom labor and/or workroom experience
~ Excellent time management and organizational skills
~ Effective communication skills
This position requires continuous use of problem solving skills and the ability to see the "big picture" in terms of store profitability, productivity and customer relationships. Must demonstrate a professional demeanor.
