eCommerce Sales Support Specialist
The B2B eCommerce team supports Staples Advantage with innovative online solutions that drive sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and customer acquisition and retention.
The eCommerce Sales Support Specialist works closely with Sales, the EC Field team and other functional areas to receive and complete requests surrounding the management of order.staplesadvantage.com’s administrative requirements.
This includes creation, modification and batch loading of user data and diligently managing service levels & relevant metrics.
drives eCommerce sales goals by delivering consistent & superior sales support to sales associates across the country.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive, evaluate and process requests that support the highest level of online sales.
Work with EC Consultants, Business Development and Account Management within assigned region to update and maintain the site’s customization rules.
This includes user batch loads, shopping lists, online reports, custom messaging, online registration downloads and logo uploads.
Assist Sales, the EC Field team and EC Sales Support Analysts on Customer Pathway initiatives.
Provide input into the development of future releases of order.staplesadvantage.com and other eProcurement procedures.
Recommend product enhancements to the Site Design team as suggested from Sales/customers.
Participate in website and application testing & enhancement initiatives.
Actively participate in Sales and EC projects that drive sales.
- Associate/Technical or Bachelors Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Must have very strong skills in MS Office (Access, Excel & Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to excel in a fast paced sales environment and challenging atmosphere that presents a significant & consistent workload.
- Solid decision making skills with the ability to act independently.
