Job Description:Scope:
The primary function of this position is to provide
Internet marketing assistance to our eFlorist members.
In addition, the eMarketing Counselor will be
responsible for initial follow-up on new customers and
will be strategic to the long-term participation of
current members. This position is intended to help
decrease shop attrition by counseling new and recently
saved shops on the functionality of their eFlorist
website by increasing their online orders, depending on
the shop’s particular needs.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide Internet marketing and traditional marketing
concepts to our eFlorist members
  • Conduct outbound calls at 30/60/90 day cycles
  • Must have a good working knowledge of the internet
and e-commerce processes
  • Must display and provide a high level of customer
service skills
  • Following all call scripting and documentation
policies to ensure quality and consistency in the
department
  • Communicate with other departments when necessary to
meet current and identify future web related needs
  • Respond to escalated customer inquiries and find
appropriate solutions as guided by management
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly call statistics
  • Perform other tasks as required as a member of the
Web Hosting Team
  • Assisting the Web Hosting Team with maintenance
requests when available

Job Requirements:
  • Must exhibit leadership and strong management
skills, as well as the ability to work well with a
matrix management environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal
skills are a must.
  • Must possess strong planning and organizational
skills and maintain the ability to effectively
handle multiple situations, manage priorities and
work with only minimal supervision and direction.
  • Must display a strong desire to achieve and maintain
high levels of both internal and external customer
satisfaction willing to work 7x24 in mission
critical situations.
  • Must display strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a motivated, fast-paced team leader, coach,
and player.
  • Must portray high levels of professionalism,
appearance, motivation, and positive attitude in all
endeavors.

Education:
  • High school
  • Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience
