Job Summary: To perform and coordinate a variety and range of administrative tasks and assignments in support of the VP Marketing & Product Development (PD) in a detailed, organized, confidential manner that reflects the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility.
Essential Job Functions:
Perform a variety and range from routine to complex of administrative and office duties in support of the VP Marketing & PD in a professional and confidential manner.
Maintain a calendar of the VP Marketing & PD and Global Colour Ambassador’s activities, meetings and various events; schedule conferences, travel and meetings and preparation of agenda/meeting minutes.
Maintain and manage a competitive product library respond to information requests on products, sales events and corporate procedures and systems.
Assemble and/or coordinate the preparation of various reports, memoranda, correspondence, and various documentation and presentation material.
Review, research, and summarize a variety of marketing and sales data.
Design, establish, organize and maintain various administrative, reference, and follow-up file system(s).
Project management of special projects as assigned.
Act as back up for the CEO/CFOO’s executive assistant.
2 years of increasingly responsible office administration experience with demonstrated independent judgment and personal initiative.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Prior experience supporting a business executive preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Sitting for long intervals and extensive use of a computer.
Professional office environment.
