Interact by phone with outside parties to solicit orders for goods or services, request donations, set up appointments with customer, collect information from leads, conduct follow-up to customers.

Job Duties

  • contact corporate businesses or private business individuals by phone
  • deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service or make a donation
  • enable to describe products and services to customer
  • respond to customer's questions
  • identify and overcome objections
  • take the customer through the sales process
  • obtain customer information and possible customer leads
  • maintain customer/potential customer data bases
  • follow up on initial contacts
  • complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts

Education and Experience

  • University degree or high school diploma or equivalent
  • proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems
  • good same tine typing and talking skill
  • knowledge of sales principles and methods, mainly outbound call sales experience.
  • proven track record in sales
  • required language skills (Bilingual)++
