We are looking for an experienced Leasing Professional to join the Boyd Homes team, and assist in a new community lease-up, scheduled to open during the second quarter of 2013. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic with strong sales and customer service abilities. We’re not looking for someone to just fill a job; we’re looking for that certain someone to help us continue to thrive and grow in the world of multi-family.
This class A community will be comprised of 3 and 4 story apartment buildings, as well as 3 bedroom townhomes. Amenities will be second to none with an ‘outdoor living area’ poolside, a state-of-the-art 24 hour fitness facility and ‘the lounge’ where residents will feel compelled to do just that.
Boyd Homes, a company with over thirty years experience in developing, building, selling and managing communities is continuing to grow its multi-family division – with additional projects coming quickly down the pipeline.
-Consistently works to optimize occupancy by leasing available units and maintaining positive relationships with current residents to ensure lease renewal.

-Accurately maintains prospect, traffic and rental record logs and all pertinent leasing data
Maintains thorough and accurate product knowledge of the community and that of the major competitors through site visits, tours, shops, telephone surveys and follow-ups
-Ensures the entire office environment is professional, clean, well-organized and meets all safety standards at all times by maintaining office operation standards
-Professionally demonstrates community by showing all available amenities, model apartment(s) and available apartments
-Immediately processes resident applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and meets company qualifications prior to handing off to supervisor for approval (credit check, employment verification and landlord references must be completed to company standard)
-Prepares all leases/move-in packets for new residents in an accurate and timely manner and arranges
-Works with colleagues and Community Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
-Accepts service requests from current residents and coordinates completion with Maintenance staff, following up to ensure customer satisfaction
-Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary.
Skills and Experience:
Prior experience is necessary.
Knowledge of Real Page products is preferred, but not required.
Must be goal oriented
Organized and resourceful nature.
Professional dress and demeanor.
High-energy and enjoys a fast pace
Valid driver's license and insurance required
Must be able to work weekends
