Review asset managers representing all asset classes including alternative investments. Follow an in-depth procedure documenting selection process. Complete detailed due diligence on managers being considered, especially with regard to risk and oversight controls. Strong working knowledge of fund types and contracts e.g., mutual funds, collective trusts, limited partnerships and master-feeder structures.
- 5+ years, minimum, of investment experience
- MBA or MS in Economics, Math or Finance, or related discipline.
- CFA designation a plus. (CFA holder preferred)
- Excellent computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel
- Superb writing skills
- Demonstrated self-sufficiency and extremely well-organized
- Personable, excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be a great team member
