Maintain high standards or appearance and grooming, which include wearing a correct nametag when working.
Comply at all times with Peachtree Hotel Group standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
Manages all sources of revenue to include rooms, food and beverage, telephone and others.
Ensures all departments are profitable and maintain strong working relationships.
Tour the operating departments’ daily making adjustments as needed via departmental heads.
Conduct weekly staff meetings, and review future sales and operation efforts.
Meet all financial review dates and corporate directed programs in a timely fashion.
Forecast the monthly hotel’s financial position, by estimating revenues and line-by-line expenses.
Analyze previous and projected data to generate an accurate reforecast.
Ensure that all department heads maintain budgeted productivity levels.
Create local and national marketing plans and pricing strategies and know market segments.
Respond quickly to changing market conditions and revises strategies accordingly.
Actively participates in sales discussions, meetings and plans. Knows key account executives and business base. Knows monthly production levels for each sales person on staff.
Promotes Peachtree Hotel Group, LLC. Philosophies throughout the hotel to both team members and guests.
Create the hotel’s annual budget and monitor the performance of the hotel throughout the year.
