Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
 Keep brand leadership team, owners, and above property stakeholders updated on property performance in the areas of financials, guest satisfaction, and team member engagement.
 Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Peachtree Hotel Group standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
 Maintain high standards or appearance and grooming, which include wearing a correct nametag when working.
 Comply at all times with Peachtree Hotel Group standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
 Manages all sources of revenue to include rooms, food and beverage, telephone and others.
 Ensures all departments are profitable and maintain strong working relationships.
 Tour the operating departments’ daily making adjustments as needed via departmental heads.
 Conduct weekly staff meetings, and review future sales and operation efforts.
 Meet all financial review dates and corporate directed programs in a timely fashion.
 Forecast the monthly hotel’s financial position, by estimating revenues and line-by-line expenses.
 Analyze previous and projected data to generate an accurate reforecast.
 Ensure that all department heads maintain budgeted productivity levels.
 Create local and national marketing plans and pricing strategies and know market segments.
 Respond quickly to changing market conditions and revises strategies accordingly.
 Actively participates in sales discussions, meetings and plans. Knows key account executives and business base. Knows monthly production levels for each sales person on staff.
 Promotes Peachtree Hotel Group, LLC. Philosophies throughout the hotel to both team members and guests.
 Create the hotel’s annual budget and monitor the performance of the hotel throughout the year.
