ServRight provides on-site service and repair for computers, printers, scanners, storage devices, document finishing, digital signage, document imaging, kiosks, POS terminals and more.
Summary: This individual will be responsible for coordinating field technicians by performing the following duties.
- Log and process support calls from clients using phone, email and web-based systems.
- Receives calls from technicians reporting their onsite arrival and departure times.
- Monitors all work orders assigned to technicians, tracks and documents their completion.
- Dispatching of technicians
- Managing locations of technicians to maximize effectiveness
- Documenting worked performed
Candidates for this position must be detailed oriented, able to work in a team-oriented environment, handle multiple tasks and remain focused. Must have excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
