Silver Chalice is seeking passionate mobile iOS lightweight application developers that want to be a part of something special. Our team of talented software developers exist to crank out new consumer "experiences" that are found on mobile phones, tablets, iPads, and online for our major sports, media and entertainment clients. You will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects throughout the year. A key part of your responsibilities will include communicating with engineers, as well as, other team members like UI designers and product managers. You will have the opportunity to work on the latest and greatest technologies. Candidates Must:Be brilliant developers (non-negotiable) addicted to mobile technologyHave passion to design, build and polish great, simple, fun mobile consumer facingapplicationsBe driven to succeed be self-motivated with the ability to work withlittle supervision or hand-holdingBe comfortable working independently and owning a project from start to finishRequirements:3+ years of professional software development experience.Minimum 1 year iPhone/iPad applications experience.Experience creating frameworks, application networking, and designing templates anddocumentation.Deep understanding of the operating systems, analytic and ad-serving mechanics of mobile apps/platforms.Must have shipped mobile application(s), preferably in iTunesUnderstanding of the full mobile development life cycleExperience with consumer facing iOS UI developmentAbility to analyze, debug and redesign multi-threaded and complex applicationsGood visual design sense and creative drive with a passion for user ExperienceEagerly participate in mentoring and skills transfer to junior members of the teamMake disciplined use of source control and bug tracking systemsParticipate in software code reviews to ensure the creation of high-quality, robust code by all team members.Knowledge and participation in a SCRUM based Agile Development culture a plusSelf motivated with an ability to manage deliverables/work.Passionate about iPhone, Android, and other new technology.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
