AALL Insurance is a growing organization with over 20 locations Valley Wide. We are currently seeking experienced Insurance Customer Service Representatives. Our successful candidates will be providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
- Must obtain Insurance License within 3 weeks of hire
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Insurance / Sales experience a plus
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Strong problem solving, time management, and decision making skills
- Assist clients and prospects in acquiring and servicing insurance policies.
- Handle clients by phone and in person.
- Become proficient in company rules and underwriting guidelines.
