Job Title: Juvenile Division Chief Department: Juvenile Division
Reports To: Prosecutor Salary: commensurate with experience
Serves as chief legal counsel to the County Prosecutor on all substantive matters relating to the Juvenile Division; Manages the ongoing operation of the Juvenile Division by supervising the Assistant Prosecutors and support staff; Manages and directs all juvenile litigation in which Cuyahoga County has an interest; Identifies and resolves problems and needs within the Juvenile Division; Communicates to the Juvenile Division the goals and objectives of the County Prosecutor; Provides continuous analysis of the Juvenile Division to determine if changes, adjustments or improvements are needed in order to meet the goals of the County Prosecutor;
MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Juris Doctorate; licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Ohio; must have significant experience in public sector law; must possess excellent research and writing skills.
