As a leading staffing placement companies for the healthcare industry we are taking our staffing quality to the next national level by adding Key Account and New Business Development Managers. These positions will be the focal point for strengthening relationships with existing clients and generating exclusive consultative sales and servicing strategies cultivating new business opportunities for the development of long-term business partnerships while creating superior value for our clients. The Key Account Managers are focusing on high growth opportunities with national and local healthcare services clients increasing revenue with existing accounts and acquisition of new accounts. They will provide the client vision for our internal sales organization that supports client’s therapy and nurses staffing needs across the country.
The Key Account – BD Managers should have 5 years experience in key account management within the healthcare staffing or services industry and a successful sales track record and outstanding sales performance in the Healthcare Industry. Bachelor or MBA degree in Business Management preferred but not required. Strategic and tactical sales business plans and strategy knowledge and experience are expected. The positions require an individual to be a strong team player with superb interpersonal skills, competitive, results-driven and solutions-oriented with a strong work ethic and integrity. National travel is required
