These positions are the focal point for strengthening relationships with existing clients and generating exclusive consultative sales and servicing strategies to cultivate new business opportunities for the development of long-term business partnerships while creating superior value for our clients. The Key Accounts Strategic Managers are focusing on high growth healthcare staffing opportunities with national and local healthcare services clients increasing revenue with existing accounts and acquisition of new accounts. These are key positions providing the client staffing visions for our internal sales organization which provides our client’s therapy and nurses staffing needs across the country.
You must have prior success selling services to healthcare organizations and Presidents or senior management decision makers. Experience selling in a competitive high paced health service industry is required. You must have prior income of at least $100K (base and commission plan); services selling experience, successful sales track record and commitment to make above and beyond quota. Experience working with inside sales team providing common goal selling is desired. Staffing industry experience is desired but not necessary. We are seeking a person willing to succeed in a highly competitive but financially rewarding industry.
